We spent some time with the device and there are our first impressions.

Design and Display

In terms of design, the Lenovo A6 Note comes with a polycarbonate body at the back panel. The company has added a glossy finish at the back panel. And it comes in two colour options, Black and Blue. We got the Black colour option for review and the first thing we noticed was the smudges. The rear panel is a fingerprint magnet and you will end up wiping the panel on a daily basis. The rear panel also features a dual-camera setup, which is align vertically along with a fingerprint sensor that sits at the centre position.

The front features a waterdrop notch design, which has become a standard thing in this price segment. The side bezels are thin, though the bottom bezels are quite thick in our opinion. The right side features volume controls and power on/off button, while the left houses dual-SIM slot. The base of the device features a micro USB port flanked between two speaker grilles out of which one features actual speaker. The top is loaded a 3.5mm audio jack. Overall, the phone is quite lightweight and compact when you hold in your hand, but we have seen some better-designed smartphones in this price range.

Coming to the display, the Lenovo A6 Note features a 6.088-inch HD+ display with a screen resolution of 1520 x 720 pixels. The display comes with a basic Panda glass protection. The viewing angles of the display are quite decent, though colours look a bit dull in our initial testing. The brightness levels are average as well and the screen is a bit reflective, meaning that you will it a bit difficult to watch content in direct sunlight.
